If you are receiving this message,  you have at least one swimmer who is not yet declared for champs.  Champs entries are a bit tricky/complicated. If your swimmer has an automatic qualifying time for champs, they are guaranteed a spot at champs.  If not, there is still a possibility that your swimmer may be able to participate.  However, we (coaches) cannot build the meet and confirm who will/will not be able to participate until we know which swimmers are available to swim.  PLEASE log on to SwimTopia ASAP and declare your swimmer(s) for champs, or feel free to text me at 252-315-5676 indicating your availability and I will update it for you.
