Meet your 2019 Waves Coaches!

Head Coach: Tiffany Saborido

Email- wynfieldwavescoaches@gmail.com

My name is Tiffany Saborido and I am excited to announce that I will be returning to the Wynfield Waves swim team. My love for swimming began at the young age of 5 when I began to swim competitively on a summer team in Western Kansas. I eventually began swimming year-round, and also swam for our High School team. Swimming has always been a huge part of my life, and I look forward to being able to watch young (and not-so-young!) kids develop and cultivate a love for this wonderful sport this summer! I am joining the Wynfield team with experience with working with kids both in and out of the pool. I have been a teacher for 14 years, and have spent the last 4 years teaching Middle School Spanish at the Community School of Davidson. For 2 of those years I have helped with our High School Swim team as an assistant coach. Prior to working at CSD I taught Spanish and coached the HS Swim team at Vance High School in Charlotte. I am looking forward to a fun summer filled with the excitement that comes with learning new skills, improving on old ones, and celebrating successes with teammates!
