Waves families,

Due to the timing of afternoon thunderstorms, Wynfield and Northstone have agreed to move tonight's meet to tomorrow.  To clarify: there will NOT be a meet tonight, Monday, 6/16.  Instead, we will host Northstone for our home meet TOMORROW, Tuesday, 6/17 at Wynfield. Tomorrow's meet will be on the same timeline as was scheduled for tonight's meet (arrival 4:30-4:45, 5:00 warm-ups).  

Here's what we need you to do:

Swimmers:

1) If your swimmer was originally signed up for tonight's meet and the WILL be able to swim tomorrow, NO ACTION IS NEEDED.

2) If there is a change in your swimmer's availability, please EMAIL the coaches at [email protected]. Please let us know your swimmer's full name and if they will either now be attending or will no longer be able to attend. 

Volunteers:  You will be expected to fulfill your same volunteer position as scheduled for tonight. 

1) If you are able to fulfill your volunteer job tomorrow, no action is needed.

2) If you have conflicts and are not able to volunteer tomorrow, please email Stacy at [email protected]. Please indicate your name and which position you will NOT be able to fulfill.  If you are able to simply work your job tomorrow, no action is needed.
