A few reminders for tonight's meet:

1. Concessions at River Run is CASH ONLY.

2. It will be HOT tonight. Please have your swimmer(s) hydrate before AND during the meet.

The meet for tonight is live in SwimTopia! I'm also attaching 2 documents:

1. An individual entry list. You can find your swimmer by last name with a list of their events with heat and lane assignments.

2. The heat sheet. You can use this document to view all entries in the meet.

Both of these documents are also available on our website.

ARRIVAL: Plan to arrive between 5:00 and 5:15 to check in with coaches.

Warmups begin at 5:30.
