Parents,

After answer several questions, I thought it would be helpful to clarify next steps for the Championship meet.

We need ALL swimmers to declare either "attending" or "not attending" based solely on their availability to swim at the meet--NOT based on their time.  Marking "attending" doesn't automatically mean your child will swim, but it tells the coaches that they are available to swim.  We will have a number of open spots available for non-qualified swimmers to still be able to participate in the Championship meet.  In order to maximize our entries and allow as many athletes as possible the opportunity to swim, we need an accurate record of which swimmers will be able to be at the meet that day. We need our families to declare their swimmer(s) BY FRIDAY so that we can have entries completed this weekend and communicate to families and swimmers of who is entered in the meet.  If you have any questions please feel free to reach out!
